HHS reorganization with call centers may mean layoffs (Grand Island Independent)

December 19, 2009 – 11:03 pm Layoffs could be a possibility if retirements and attrition do not lower the number of economic assistance employees in the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, which will be undergoing a major reorganization with the opening of four new customer call service centers.
